Parking charges introduced in 2015 by Flintshire County Council have increased utilisation levels at most of the car parks concerned. The North Wales authority introduced charges at its car parks in Buckley, Talacre, Holywell, Connah’s Quay, Shotton and Queensferry in summer and autumn 2015, while parking charges in Mold were revised. Charging was introduced at County Hall, near Mold, in summer 2016.
