A Nissan LEAF and FreeWire Mobi Charger

BP plans to roll out mobile electric vehicle (EV) rapid charging systems at selected filling station sites in the UK and Europe during 2018. This follows BP Ventures investing $5m (£3.5m) in FreeWire Technologies, a US-based manufacturer.

BP Ventures supports each of these areas by identifying emerging trends and businesses, making strategic investments and testing technologies and solutions for their scalability.
