Barbour Logic parking correspondence systems now used by half of London boroughs

The London Borough of Lambeth has adopted Barbour Logic’s correspondence technologies to create letters replying to drivers who have contacted the authority about penalty charge notices (PCNs) that they have received. 

Response Master uses decision-making software to create letters in Plain English. The system takes account of PCN regulations, the council’s specific policies and a range of questions and explanations raised by motorists.
