New cycleway to be installed on Fulborn Rd, Cambridge

Residents in Cambridge are fighting the introduction of a new cycleway arguing it will be dangerous for pedestrians and will remove parking spaces.

The cycleway scheme, due to be installed later this year, will stretch from the Robin Hood junction on the south-east edge of the city and along Fulbourn Road to Yarrow Road roundabout. The Greater Cambridge Partnership - formerly the City Deal - is funding the project.
