Learning how to reverse properly dominates the list of New Year’s resolutions for drivers, according to a survey by a driving school.

After remembering to check tyre and oil pressure regularly, three of the things drivers said they most wanted to become better at doing related to parking.

Learning how to parallel park properly is second on the list, with 17% of drivers wanting to perfect the skill. To “get better at reversing” was something one in seven felt they needed to do...
