Brighton & Hove City Council is tasking one of its civil enforcement officers (CEOs) with focussing on inconsiderate parking that obstructs buses in a bid to improve air quality by keeping services moving.

The CEO works for the city council via contractor NSL. The officer selected has worked as a CEO in the city for the last nine years but has tended to focus on checking car permits.
