Associations join forces to produce charter for driving instructors and car park operators

The British Parking Association (BPA) and the Driving Instructors Association (DIA) have joined forces to produce a charter for driving instructors and car park operators so that learner drivers are able to gain access to car parks to develop their parking skills.

The charter is intended to ensure that the right balance is achieved between being fair to instructors and learners as well as ensuring facilities are managed effectively.
