Hounslow introduces £50 parking permit surcharge for diesels

Residents with diesel vehicles in the west London borough of Hounslow now have to pay a £50 surcharge for parking permits

The new parking permit charging schedule, which came into effect in mid-October, see drivers of diesel cars pay up to £130 for a 12 month resident’s permit to park their vehicle, up from £80 under the previous regime.
