Parking system manufacturers Parkeon and Cale have entered into exclusive negotiations that could bring about their merger.
Parkeon is based in France, while Cale is a Swedish company. Both companies produce parking payment terminals and management software.
The enlarged group would have around 1,300 employees largely based in France, UK, Sweden and North America.
