Purple Parking is used by around 300,000 holidaymakers annually

Holiday Extras has acquired Purple Parking’s brand and website after the airport parking specialist went into administration.

Purple Parking, which operates off-airport car parks around the UK, called in administrators after being amassing debts in the region of £2m. The deal was completed via a pre-packaged administration sale following Purple Parking’s inability to secure a buyer for the whole business. Duff and Phelps are now the appointed administrators.
