Stuart Gardner has joined parking system supplier IPS (UK) as regional manager for the South East. Gardner has worked in the parking sector for over 30 years, having served 26 years with ZEAG and more recently four years with Metric Group specialising in the design and implementation of parking systems.

IPS (UK) is the British arm of the North American IPS Group.
