Village parking restrictions will help lifeboat crews

Concerns have been raised that illegal parking in a Welsh coastal village could prevent lifeboat crews reaching their vessel in an emergency.

Parking restrictions are now being introduced in the Pembrokeshire village of St Dogmaels following a request by RNLI volunteers.
