DoNotPay chatbot now offers more than just parking appeals advice

A British computer science student studying in California is expanding an online service that generates automated parking appeals to offer free advice on a wide range of legal issues in the UK and USA.

Joshua Browder made international headlines when he launched the DoNotPay website for challenging parking tickets. In its two years of operation, Browder estimates the ‘chatbot’ has beaten 375,000 tickets across the UK and in the US cites of New York and Seattle.
