The AA is calling on English local authorities o invest parking revenues into maintaining their highways. A survey conducted by the motoring organisation found that 62% of English authorities have cut their budgets for the 2017/18 fiscal year by half-a-million pounds compared with 2016/17. The reduction is from £12.1m to £11.6m.
