Bouwfonds buys Q-Park site in Helsinki

Bouwfonds Investment Management has acquired a Q-Park operated car park in Finland for one of its parking specific alternative investment funds. The property is an underground car park providing 400-spaces located beneath Kasarmitori town square in the central district of Helsinki. The seller is the Finnish financial investor OP. 

It was acquired by Bouwfonds IM for around €28m (£24.5m) for the third institutional parking fund the Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund III...
