Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson, Portsmouth City Council’s parking operations manager, has passed away after a battle with cancer. 

Robinson joined the city council as deputy parking manager in 2006 after almost two decades working in casino management at The Rank Group. In 2010 he was promoted to parking operations manager following the retirement of his mentor Ken Ellcome.
