The British Parking Association (BPA) has achieved the Investors in People Gold Standard. The BPA has held the IiP Silver Standard since 2013, but decided to aim for the next level when renewal came around.

In order to achieve the Gold Standard, the BPA looked at how its leadership worked, how it managed strategy development and recruitment.
