Steve Brown has left civil enforcement agency Equita after 10 years to pursue new opportunities. Brown has been the bailiff company’s business development director since 2007. 

Prior to joining Equita he was head of parking services at Colchester Borough Council. He entered the parking sector after a 23 year career in the Army.
