Kingston upon Thames adopts Agendum ANPR evidence system

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is to use scooters equipped with a digital parking enforcement platform on its streets from July. The London council hopes that using a mobile ANPR enforcement solution will encourage a higher compliance rate, make enforcement process more efficient and cut costs.
