Civil enforcement agents Equita and Ross & Roberts have been awarded the ISO 10002 accreditation for their customer satisfaction management systems.
Neil Smith, managing director of Equita and Ross & Roberts said the companies are the first enforcement agents to receive this accreditation from certification body QMS International.
