Transport minister Andrew Jones publicly defended he relationship between the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) and the private parking sector during a Westminster Hall debate in the Houses of Parliament.

MPs voiced their concerns about the sale the appropriateness of a government agency selling vehicle keeper data to private companies on 21 March.
