High Court tells Nottingham to amend bus gate signage

Nottingham City Council will have to change signage on a bus lane after a High Court judge ruled the signs on the street were unclear. Around 11,000 drivers have been penalised for driving through the bus gate on Shakespeare Street. However, the council says that the judgment will not involve it refunding any penalties where drivers have made a payment.
