Debt recovery group Marston Holdings won the Responsible Approach to Consumers award at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management’s 2017 British Credit Awards.

The jury said: “Understanding that leadership is vital in creating a culture of customer first, Marston has demonstrated a clear approach to treating customers fairly and managing the most vulnerable in society.”
