Energy company npower has refurbished a multi-storey car park serving offices in Solihull in the West Midlands. The car park was constructed in precast and in-situ concrete with asphalt waterproofing that was suffering from water ingress, resulting in corrosive deposits dropping onto vehicles in the levels below.
The refurbishment was managed for npower by property services company, Cushman and Wakefield.
