Haringey launches enforcement action against antisocial parking on estates

The London Borough of Haringey has brought together a number of operational teams to tackle unauthorised parking and anti-social behaviour that has been blighting the lives of residents.

The council had been issuing frequent warnings and regularly issue penalty charge notices (PCNs) in a residential area near Seven Sisters but the problem of unlawfully parked vehicles, waste disposal, highway obstructions and unlawful vehicle maintenance work persisted.
