TfL asks Foreign Office to help it collect unpaid Congestion Charges from embassies

Transport for London has asked Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson to take foreign governments to the international courts to make them pay London's Congestion Charge.

TfL figures suggest that London-based embassies owe £105,258,715 for the period since the congestion charge was launched in 2003 and 31 December 2016, up from £58m in 2012.
