A £10 charge will be levied on the most polluting vehicles entering central London from this autumn, mayor Sadiq Kahn has confirmed.

The Emissions Surcharge has been dubbed a toxicity or “T-Charge” will come into effect on October 23, at the start of the autumn half-term.
