YourParkingSpace enables homeowners to rent out their driveways

Online parking marketplace YourParkingSpace, which enables property owners and businesses to hire out their parking, is reporting a 200% year-on-year increase in rentals.

The London-based company says that homeowners and businesses across the UK received over £6m from renting out unused parking spaces through the website in 2016, up from £2m in 2015.

The parking platform now has 35,000 private and commercial landlords registered on its platform. It says around 2,000 new landlords...
