British Parking Association ends funding for parking appeals scrutiny board

The British Parking Association is to cease funding the panel that scrutinises the operation of Parking Appeals on Private Land (POPLA), the appeals service for members of its Approved Operator Service. 

The Independent Scrutiny Board for Parking Appeals on Private Land (ISPA) said the BPA would cease providing it with funding from 1 April. This means that it will no longer be able to investigate complaints brought by the public about decisions made by POPLA or review the appeals services...
