Met Police investigates street fracas involving civil enforcement officer

Police are calling for witnesses after a civil enforcement officer (CEO) was involved in an altercation with a group of men in Clapton, east London, last month.

Footage released on social media, and circulated by national and local newspapers, shows the CEO, who was on moped patrol at the time, surrounded by the men and seemingly involved in a dispute.
