Marston Holdings hires Alistair Townsend

Marston Holdings has appointed Alistair Townsend as group client services director. He was previously head of revenues and benefits at Milton Keynes Council, which has given him knowledge of local taxation, revenue collection and local government generally.

Townsend has represented local government on a number of working groups for the Local Government Association, the Department for Communities and Local Government and the Ministry of Justice.
