IPC and BVLRA agree simpler processes for recovering payment of parking charge notices

The International Parking Community (IPC) has signed an agreement with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) that will simplify the process of transferring liability and recovering payment for parking charge notices (PCNs) issued in private land.

The agreement is to improve payment recovery from drivers who become responsible for parking contraventions that take place in rented and leased vehicles .
