Lincolnshire and North Kesteven create parking enforcement partnership

APCOA to enforce both county and district council parking

Lincolnshire County Council has awarded a civil parking enforcement services contract to APCOA UK & Ireland.

The parking company has been a provider to both Lincolnshire and North Kesteven District Council 2012, but the new arrangement is being run as a single framework agreement headed up by the county council.

The agreement between North Kesteven District Council and Lincolnshire County Council will see APCOA enforce the district’s car parks.
