Lawyer doctored parking permit to reach job on Isle of Wight

A lawyer has been found guilt of fraud after tampering with an out-of-date season parking ticket. On 21 October Steven Barker was sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court to a six-month prison sentence suspended for two years and given 150 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £986 prosecution costs.
