Welsh councils generate surplus of £13.8m from parking, says RAC Foundation

Local authorities in Wales made a combined surplus of £13.8m on their parking activities in the last financial year, according to research conducted for the RAC Foundation. The data analysed by consultant David Leibling for the foundation comes from the official returns made in a standardised format to the Welsh Government on an annual basis.
