Croydon car park upgraded by USL StructureCare

The Dingwall Road car park in Croydon, south London, is undergoing a refurbishment. The refurbishment is being undertaken by USL StructureCare.

The refurbishment works are addressing problems with the concrete slabs on the roof deck. They are spalling, which is the loss of concrete cover due to corrosion of reinforcement.

Contractor USL StructureCare has removed the failed concrete slabs and replaced them with over 600 tonnes of a polymer-modified concrete screed.
