BPA and London Councils resolve dispute over POPLA costs

The long-running dispute over the level of payment owed by the British Parking Association (BPA) to London Councils for running the private land appeals service POPLA has been resolved.

Both sides agreed to a full and final settlement of the disputed costs, with BPA to pay £25,000.
