The chair of the panel that scrutinises the British Parking Association’s appeals service for motorists issued parking charge notices on private land has resigned.

Nicola Mullany has resigned from the Independent Scrutiny for Parking Appeals (ISPA), but an announcement that the entire board of ISPA had also stepped down has been thrown into doubt. It currently remains unclear whether the board is in place. Parking Review has asked ISPA’s administrators for clarification.
