A funding bid has been submitted to Highways England for a new cycle superhighway between Gloucester and Cheltenham. A study by Gloucestershire County Council says that a £3.5m package of improvements to the B4063, which runs alongside the A40 Golden Valley Bypass, would encourage more people to commute by cycle.
