NCP to make pre-book available in 200 sites nationwide

NCP says drivers will be able to pre-book spaces at nearly 200 of its car parks nationwide by the end of this year. Some 150 sites already offering pre-booking via a website, mobile or by phone through the company’s Manchester-based customer contact centre. 

Spaces can be booked up to six hours before they are required. Through the service, NCP guarantees customers a space for them to use on arrival, subject to availability at the time of booking.
