The London Borough of Enfield is updating the ANPR technology it uses to manage traffic congestion and for crime prevention.
The Videalert ANPR system has been supplied as part of an ongoing contract with OpenView Security Solutions, the council’s provider of CCTV installation and support services.
The Videalert system has been installed at eight locations, where it replaces NDI Recognition Systems equipment, and will be extended to a further 14 locations across the borough.
