An office car park in the Channel Isles has been upgraded after water penetration through the top deck rendered lower decks unusable. The Trafalgar Court car park in St Peter Port on Guernsey, is used by staff employed by Northern Trust, an offshore financial institution. The car park was only built 12 years ago, but the original top deck waterproofing steadily deteriorated over the years until it reached a stage where water seaped through to lower levels.
