The London Borough of Tower Hamlets has been cracking down on drivers who persistently disregard parking regulations and evade penalty charge notices (PCNs) in one of the most densely populated boroughs in the capital.

The enforcement actions see the council issue its in-house civil enforcement officers with lists of suspect vehicles. Tower Hamlets’ CEOs can then call in removal trucks to seize vehicles.
