Bournemouth adopts 'card-in/card-out' payment at Richmond Gardens car park

Bournemouth Borough Council has upgraded the payment system at one of its busiest multi-storey car parks, Richmond Gardens. The council has replaced existing pay & display systems with one that offers drivers the ability to use contactless bankcards at the entry and exit of the facility, negating the need to visit pay stations.

Richmond Gardens has 935 spaces, including 12 disabled spaces, over five floors.

The council has installed ParkAdvance system from WPS.
