The London Borough of Barnet is using ANPR cameras to enforce moving traffic regulations and school parking restrictions. 

The north London council has awarded OpenView Security Solutions the contract to supply and maintain CCTV cameras and software for the unattended enforcement of moving traffic contraventions.
