A Hertfordshire shopping centre has upgraded the pay-on-foot system at its 400-space multi-storey car park.
The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Waltham Cross is home to 54 retail units, a mix of high-street brands and specialist boutique shops that attracts a weekly footfall of 80,000 people.
