The PATROL Joint Committee has reduced its charges to local authorities undertaking civil parking and bus lane enforcement in England, outside London, and in Wales. PATROL ensures drivers issued with PCNs have access to an independent appeals service, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.

PATROL has reviewed the basis on which it shares its expenses between member authorities across over 300 councils local authorities for the second time in 12 months.
