Leeds City Council’s digitisation strategy is seeing the parking team opening up its services to its citizens by offering a ‘self-serve’, says Mark Jefford

Increased automation, more extensive self-service, greater use of business intelligence and the introduction of real-time communications are keystones of Leeds City Council’s digitisation programme.
