Durham`s Danny Harland with the Best Annual Report Award

Durham County Council and Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) emerged as the winners of the PATROL Annual Report Award. Durham won the Best Annual Report Award while BANES won the Most Concise Report Award. The councils received their trophies from Louise Ellman MP, chair of the Transport Select Committee, at the House of Commons on 27 October.

The awards are open to any of the 300 or so non-London councils in England and Wales who are members of PATROL.
