The Royal Borough of Greenwich is starting a programme of replacing traditional, and now very rare, lollipop meters with pay & display machines.

The first new P&D machines have been installed in council-run car parks around Woolwich Town Centre, replacing the old-style lollipop meters. The next phase will see new machines replace the single-bay meters in Greenwich towards the end of autumn.
